Alternative Travel

Alternative Travel is a digital magazine for those alternative lifestyle lovers with a passion for travel, photography and leisure. Everybody is invited to participate by sharing tips, comments or queries.

Through this online publication, I simply want to inspire you to get out, explore the world and discover unusual places and fresh experiences. Every single place has something special to offer and something to learn from. It doesn’t matter where is it or what you can find there, just let yourself go and discover alternative things to do when travelling.

My work

My name is Angel and I’ve been working in London as an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager for a Fashion brand as well as an Online Merchandiser for one of the major UK retailers. I also have digital marketing experience within the travel industry. For more than a year I ran the digital strategy for Ecowidllife Travel, an ecotourism agency based in Barcelona. Among others, I was in charge of managing social networks, SEO, web content and email marketing. I used to write articles for the travel blogs of the company on a weekly basis.

  1. Thanks for sharing your experiences! It’s great inspiration for a new blogger like me, and I’m motivated to get my “Rediscovering Maui” blog up and running. (Right now it’s under construction … I’m transforming my old “Reinventing Wen” blog into what is hopefully perceived as a new and improved one.) I’m happy that I found your site, and excited to explore. 🙂

    Sending aloha from Maui,

  2. Hey Angel, I’ve enjoyed a lot reading some of your posts. Would be great to collaborate with you!
